There first floor bedroom has easy access to the first floor powder room and outdoor shower. The second floor has a common den area and 3 bedrooms with private baths: 1) a rear king bedroom with a private master bath with tub and shower  2) a front king bedroom with a fireplace and private bath (shower), and 3) a two twin bedroom with fireplace and private bath (shower). A powder room and outdoor shower for are and added convenience for the occupants of the first floor bedroom.
